Service Refunds
Due to the nature of plumbing, heating, repair, installation, and remodeling services, refunds are generally not available for services that have been completed.
If you have concerns regarding work performed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work toward a reasonable resolution.
Deposits and Special Order Materials
Deposits may be required for certain projects, equipment purchases, or special-order materials.
Deposits used to purchase materials, equipment, permits, or special-order items may be non-refundable once those items have been ordered or purchased on behalf of the customer.
Cancellations
Customers are encouraged to provide notice as soon as possible if an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled.
Arrow Plumbing & Heating reserves the right to charge for costs incurred due to last-minute cancellations, special-order materials, or work already performed.
Equipment and Product Returns
Equipment, fixtures, water heaters, boilers, and other products may be subject to manufacturer return policies and restocking fees.
Special-order products and custom materials may not be eligible for return.
